New BroadSQL release 4.6 ready for Java 11

If you belong to one of these numerous organizations that is migrating from Java LTS version 8 to 11, you will take advantage of this new release developped specifically for Java 11 and above. If you are still working with Java 8, no worry, you can still use BroadSQL 4.5. 

Version 4.6 does not bring new features. It is a technical release focused on the upgrade of internal components. The embedded database drivers have been upgrade (see release notes for details), as well as the third parties libraries like Spring which version 5.1.7 is embedded in BroadSQL.
