New BroadSQL release 4.8

Today is the release date of 4.8 which migrates the H2 databases and drivers to H2 version 2.1.210.

H2 version 2.1.210 is a major release with important changes in the way H2 supports SQL standards. See http://www.h2database.com/html/migration-to-v2.html for more details.
