New BroadSQL release 4.7.1

Since the improvement of Custom Commands in 4.7, a few bugs have been solved as well as a few verifications related to the keywords used to call custom commands. These keywords cannot be blank, they can not overlap existing commands, in which case the command is ignored and they can only contain alpha-numeric and space characters.
